Cancellation Policy – Pura Vida en Parguera

 At Pura Vida en Parguera, we strive to provide the best experience possible for all our guests. To ensure clarity, please review our cancellation policy below.

• Cancellations Due to Severe Weather
  The only circumstance in the captain  will cancel a reservation is if severe weather conditions require us to close operations for safety reasons.
• No Refunds
  We do not issue refunds.

OVERALL: All tours operate rain or shine. Rain alone does not qualify for a cancellation or refund. The Captain will only cancel or reschedule the tour if weather or sea conditions are deemed unsafe for departure. If the Captain determines that it is safe to operate, the tour will proceed as scheduled.
