• Full Refunds: Cancellations made at least one week (7 days) before your scheduled experience will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

• No Refunds After One Week: Cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the scheduled experience are not eligible for a refund.

• Weather-Related Rescheduling: In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your experience for a later date or time. Automatic refunds will not be issued due to weather conditions.
