Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Weather & Safety

• All tours operate rain or shine. Rain alone is not a reason for a cancellation or refund.
• Only the Captain decides if weather or sea conditions are unsafe. If the Captain determines it is safe, the tour departs as scheduled.
• If we cancel a tour because of unsafe weather, sea conditions, or a mechanical issue, you may choose a full refund or reschedule (based on availability).

2. Guest Cancellations & Changes

• All reservations are final. Spaces are reserved in advance.
• 48 hours or more before your tour: you may reschedule once, based on availability. No cash refund.
• Less than 48 hours before your tour: no refunds, cancellations, or changes.

3. No Refunds

We do not issue refunds or changes for:

• No-shows
• Late arrivals (the captain will give you 1 hr after your departure time for you to arrive. For example, if you depart at 8am, you are welcome to arrive anytime before 9am. We always give customers extra time because we understand traffic can affect your schedule. Just let us know your ETA. Keep in mind your ending tour time stays the same.)
• Personal or schedule conflicts
• Rain or weather the Captain considers safe for departure

4. Why We Don't Offer Refunds

Pura Vida en Parguera is very popular, and our tours fill up every day. Each reservation holds a spot that another guest could have booked. By keeping all bookings final, we give everyone a fair chance to join us. We do it because we care about our guests!
