Shipping Policy – Pura Vida en Parguera
Pura Vida en Parguera is a charter boat company located in La Parguera, Lajas, Puerto Rico. We do not sell or ship physical products. All purchases made through our website are for scheduled, in-person boat tour services that take place on a specific date and time. As such, no shipping, delivery, or mailing of goods is involved.
Service Fulfillment
- Upon successful booking, customers receive a reservation confirmation for their selected tour date and time.
- Each reservation requires that a private vessel and licensed captain be secured and paid in advance to reserve the time slot exclusively for the customer.
- Captains are compensated for the scheduled tour regardless of whether the customer attends or is a no-show
No Shipping Applicable
Because our services are performed in person at our departure location in La Parguera, shipping timelines, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations do not apply.
