2. Booking and Payment All bookings must be made through our official website or by contacting our customer service. Payment in full is required to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy At Pura Vida en Parguera, we strive to provide the best experience possible for all our guests. To ensure clarity, please review our cancellation policy below.

  • Cancellations Due to Severe Weather
    Th captain has the authority to cancel reservations if severe weather conditions in the Parguera area force us to close operations for safety reasons. If this happens, you may reschedule your reservation to another date within one year.
  • No Refunds
    We do not issue refunds.

4. Safety and Conduct Your safety is our priority. All participants must follow the instructions provided by our guides and adhere to safety regulations. Pura Vida en La Parguera reserves the right to refuse service to anyone acting in a manner that could endanger themselves, others, or our crew. Consumption of illegal substances during the tour is strictly prohibited.

5. Liability Waiver By participating in our boat tours, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with water activities. You agree to release Pura Vida en La Parguera, its employees, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from participation in our tours.
